Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marciano is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Godsmack: Awake. Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marciano dodges the punch combination from Rogers.
Rogers misses with a low kick.
Rogers fails to land with a series of punches.
Rogers looks for a takedown but Marciano sprawls well.
Rogers throws a right and a left that both miss.
Marciano shoots in but no luck this time.
A good leg kick by Rogers.
Marciano looks gassed!
Rogers misses with a straight left.
Rogers throws a jab but it's blocked by Marciano.
Rogers connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Marciano to the floor! Rogers dives in looking for the finish!
Rogers is trying to control the action in half guard but Marciano is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Marciano is positioning himself well to prevent Rogers advancing to mount.
Rogers throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Rogers missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Marciano wants to get back to his feet.

Marciano is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Rogers is pressing down on Marciano's thigh, looking to free his foot. Marciano is holding on for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Rogers moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Rogers looks to throw the jab but Marciano is out of range.
Marciano scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Marciano stuns Rogers with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Left hook, right uppercut from Marciano.
Rogers swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Marciano counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Rogers thinking.
Marciano jabs at Rogers's body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rogers lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Marciano is looking to close the distance but Rogers sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Marciano crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Marciano is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
