Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacare Cyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chase Gooden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacare Cyde!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chase Gooden!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cyde misses with a looping right.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gooden.
Gooden slips a straight right by Cyde.
Cyde throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gooden drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Cyde throws a hook to the side of Gooden's head but Gooden sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Gooden looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cyde is fending him off so far but Gooden persists. Nope, Cyde circles away and we're back to standing.
Cyde fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Gooden shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cyde as he avoids it easily.
Jacare Cyde has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chase Gooden.
Gooden shoots in looking for a takedown. Cyde tries to sprawl out of it but Gooden keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cyde manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Some wild striking there from Cyde.
Jacare Cyde seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gooden slips a straight right by Cyde.
Gooden closes the distance and clinches up with Cyde, looking for a takedown. Gooden pushes Cyde against the cage but Cyde circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cyde lands a body shot.
Gooden looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cyde with a nice cross.
Gooden on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Gooden moves out of range as Cyde strikes.
Cyde misses with a body shot.
Cyde connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cyde throws a series of punches but Gooden moves out of range.
Cyde lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Chase Gooden has been cut.
Cyde scores with a nice head shot.
Cyde fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gooden tries to move into range but Cyde moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Cyde throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Gooden stumbling backwards into the cage! Gooden bounces back off the cage towards Cyde, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Cyde lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Cyde celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jacare Cyde!
