Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vay Krenshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blake Synel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blake Synel is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krenshaw tries to clinch up.
Krenshaw throws a jab but it's blocked by Synel.
Krenshaw misses with a head kick.

Synel darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Krenshaw is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Krenshaw avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Synel.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Synel wants to control from the top but Krenshaw keeps moving.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Synel shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Krenshaw as he jumps to the side.
Krenshaw lands with a hook. Synel tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Krenshaw misses with a two punch combination.
Nice defenses there by Synel.
Krenshaw really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Synel throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Krenshaw's waist but Krenshaw gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Synel off to one side.

Synel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Krenshaw.
Krenshaw misses with a straight left.
Krenshaw fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Synel is out of range.
Synel is trying hard to land a takedown here. Krenshaw sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Vay Krenshaw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Blake Synel.
Krenshaw tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Synel paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Vay Krenshaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Synel ducks right into an uppercut from Krenshaw.

Krenshaw swings for the body but Synel moves out of range.
Synel is trying hard to land a takedown here. Krenshaw sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Krenshaw misses with a double jab.
Synel ducks under a wild hook from Krenshaw.

Krenshaw scores with a hook to the body. Synel takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Krenshaw stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Synel takes one to the side of the head.

Synel is rocked!
Krenshaw circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Synel to the canvas! Synel doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Krenshaw keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
