Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lyle Alzado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Safet Susic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alzado kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is BLUNT- The Iron Maiden. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Susic takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Susic shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Alzado stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Alzado wants it to stay on the feet.

Alzado stands and steps away. Susic gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Susic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Alzado tries to avoid it but Susic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Alzado to the ground. Alzado escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Susic or perhaps it was just good defense by Alzado which made him look bad.

Susic is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Alzado defends well.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lyle Alzado will probably get the nod.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Alzado sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Susic's guard.
Alzado lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Susic is defending against the submission attempts here by Alzado.
Alzado is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Susic defends it well.
