Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Langhi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Falcon Falconowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michael Langhi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Falcon Falconowski!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Langhi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Falconowski's waist but Falconowski gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Langhi off to one side.
Langhi loads up on a big right hand but Falconowski slips the punch.
Falconowski uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Langhi has time to react.
Langhi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Falconowski sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Langhi somewhat.
Falconowski fails with an attempt to clinch.
Langhi misses with a straight left.
Langhi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Falconowski stuffs the takedown attempt from Langhi. Langhi gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Langhi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Langhi dives in and grabs Falconowski's left leg, looking for a takedown. Falconowski pushes down on Langhi's head and hops out.
Langhi shoots for a double leg takedown but Falconowski sprawls well. He's pushed Langhi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Langhi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Langhi is breathing heavily.
Langhi moves out of range as Falconowski throws a body kick.
Langhi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Falconowski moves in looking to clinch but Langhi pushes him off.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Falconowski has managed to clinch.
Langhi is trying to drag Falconowski to the mat but Falconowski just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Langhi is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Falconowski gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Falconowski effectively controlling the action here.

Langhi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Langhi looks to land a right hand but Falconowski moved out of range.
Nice uppercut lands for Falconowski. That snapped Langhi's head back.
Falconowski punishes Langhi's body with a nice straight punch.

Falconowski gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Falconowski's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Langhi wants to get back to striking at distance but Falconowski won't allow it.

Falconowski has picked Langhi up - he's going for a ride! Falconowski dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Falconowski thows a huge punch but Langhi dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Falconowski seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Langhi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Falconowski thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Langhi's head.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Falconowski lands a nice short elbow.
Falconowski uses his free foot to push down on Langhi's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Langhi.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Falconowski takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Falconowski is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Falconowski is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Langhi can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Falconowski lands a nice shot to the head.
Langhi is squirming around, avoiding Falconowski's attempts to control the action.
Falconowski scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Langhi?
Falconowski looking to control but Langhi is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Falconowski controlling from the full mount.
Falconowski connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Langhi can't escape the position.
Falconowski with a couple of short strikes.
Langhi is squirming around, avoiding Falconowski's attempts to control the action.
Langhi takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Falconowski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Langhi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Langhi really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Falconowski fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Falconowski wants to control the pace but Langhi is squirming around nicely.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Falconowski controlling the position easily from mount.
Langhi takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Falconowski looking to control and managing it successfully.
Langhi is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Falconowski postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Langhi looks a forlorn figure.
Langhi keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Falconowski trying to control but he's not successful this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Falcon Falconowski dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Langhi looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Langhi has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Langhi there as he acknowledges the shot.
Falconowski drops Langhi with a big left hand! Langhi is injured, injured bad! Falconowski jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Falcon Falconowski!
