PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Agustin Castillas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Payne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Payne has chosen Ice Ice baby as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castillas throws a right and a left that Payne avoids nicely.

Payne is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Castillas is surviving well by controlling Payne's body position as best he can.

Payne changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Castillas tries to avoid it but Payne manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Castillas to the ground. Castillas escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Payne feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Andrew Payne showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
