Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jackson Hawk!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawk looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Nyrkki keeping full guard, as Hawk tries to pass.

Hawk is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Nyrkki utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hawk throws a big right hand that misses.
Nyrkki is trying to control the position but Hawk postures up.
Hawk would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Nyrkki is looking to stand up but Hawk isn't so interested in that idea.
Nyrkki keeping moving, preventing Hawk from controlling successfully.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Hawk rushes Nyrkki and presses him up against the cage.

Nyrkki cracks Hawk with a nice body shot.
Nyrkki has had enough of the clinch but Hawk keeps him there for the moment.
Nyrkki is looking to control Hawk's arms but Hawk gets an underhook and turns him. Now Nyrkki has his back to the cage.
Hawk with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Hawk tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Nyrkki wants to break the clinch but can't.
Hawk keeps control of Nyrkki as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Nyrkki wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hawk has him pressed against the cage.

Nyrkki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hawk tries to clinch there but Nyrkki circles away.
Nyrkki throws a low kick, looking for Hawk's leg but Hawk calmly moves out of range.
Hawk tries to clinch there but Nyrkki circles away.
Hawk throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Hawk pushes Nyrkki up against the cage in a clinch.
Hawk keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Nyrkki's efforts to push away.
A left hand lands to the body for Nyrkki.

Nyrkki breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hawk tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nyrkki avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nyrkki lands a nice shot that snaps Hawk's head back.
Nyrkki scores with a jab.

Nyrkki lands a big shot that drops Hawk! Can he finish him?

Hawk is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Nyrkki gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Hawk is still on wobbly legs! Can Nyrkki finish him?
Hawk looks gassed!
Hawk misses with a body kick.
Hawk doesn't manage to clinch there - Nyrkki circles away.
Hawk seems to have recovered his senses.
Nyrkki lands a head shot.
Nyrkki drops Hawk with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Hawk! Nyrkki dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
