Koo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kiss - God of Thunder. Simo Silakka has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Silakka.
Silakka scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Silakka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Koo moves away.
Silakka changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Silakka connects with a good right hand that stumbles Koo. Koo circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Koo throws a shot to the body.
Koo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silakka tries to avoid it but Koo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silakka to the ground. Silakka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Silakka dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Koo looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Koo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Silakka to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Pasi Koo has been cut.
Koo tries to clinch up.
Koo fails to land the takedown.
Silakka will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Silakka scores with a hook to the body. Koo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Silakka scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Silakka lands a nice shot to the body.
Silakka works Koo's body with a nice hook.
Koo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Silakka scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Silakka lands with a nice body punch.
Silakka lands a glancing blow to the side of Koo's head.

Koo is rocked!
Silakka walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Koo drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Silakka swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Koo's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
