The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redenbacher throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jones pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Redenbacher throws a nice outside leg kick.
Jones tries for a takedown but Redenbacher sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jones keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Redenbacher lands a jab to the nose.
Jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Redenbacher swivels and escapes.
Redenbacher fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jones looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A right-left combo lands from Jones.
Jones takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Redenbacher looks to land a combination. Jones sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Bones Jones has been cut.
Jones takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Bones Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch combination from Redenbacher misses.

Redenbacher with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jones to score with a decent uppercut.
Jones throws the left hand but Redenbacher avoids the punch easily.
Redenbacher stuns Jones with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jones throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Redenbacher connects with a looping right hand.
The fighters circling - Redenbacher throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jones takes one on the button.
Jones closes this distance looking for a takedown but Redenbacher circles away.

Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Redenbacher manages to avoid it.

Orville Redenbacher is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Redenbacher throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Jones is rocked!
Redenbacher lands with a big right hook that stumbles Jones - he's out on his feet here! Redenbacher follows up with another monster hook that separates Jones from consciousness! Jones falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Redenbacher stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
