Lunar comes to the cage accompanied by Seperate Ways by Journey. Male is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rooster. Alpha Male has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Lucas Lunar's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lunar cracks Male with an open hand slap.
Male throws a lazy right hand but Lunar sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lunar wants to slow Male down by chopping away at his legs.
Male connects with a high kick.
Lunar misses with a leg kick.
Lunar connects with a single shot there.
Lunar plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Alpha Male has been cut.
Male lands a nice shot to the body.
Male throws a hook to the side of Lunar's head but Lunar sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Lunar pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lunar tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lunar ducks under a wild hook from Male.
Lunar throws a leg kick but Male moved away.
Male swings for the body but Lunar moves out of range.
Some bone on bone action there as Lunar checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Lunar throws a leg kick but Male sees it coming and moves out of range.
Male takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lunar misses with a looping left.

Lunar uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Male.
Male swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Lunar.
Lunar misses with a wild body shot.
Lunar misses with a low kick.
Lunar on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Male fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lunar.
Male misses with a head kick.
Lunar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Male circles away quickly and effectively.
Lunar throws a head kick that misses.
Male lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Male throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Lunar counters with a stiff right hand.
Male throws a hook but Lunar avoids it easily.
Lunar gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Lunar throws a leg kick
and Male finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Male ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lunar moves away.
Alpha Male seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Male drops Lunar with a beautiful combination! Lunar stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Male is looking for the KO!

It looks like Lucas Lunar has been cut.

Male fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Lunar checks it well.
Male throws a combination that misses
and Lunar counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Male stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Lunar jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Male scores with a body shot.
Male connects with a solid leg kick.
Male scores with a leg kick.
Lunar is breathing heavily.
Male fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lunar.
Lunar takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Lunar throws a leg kick but Male sees it coming and moves out of range.
Male tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Male throws a looping overhand right but Lunar ducks down to avoid it.
Male lands with an overhand left.
Lunar walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Male checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
A telegraphed right hand from Male misses the target.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Male blocks a head kick by Lunar.
Lunar throws a lazy head kick
and Male cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Male looks to land a left hand but Lunar moved out of range nicely.
Lunar takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Lunar takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Male jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lunar walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Lunar sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Male scores with a punch to the head.
Male feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lunar's calf.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lunar is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
