Wayne cracks Fairtex with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Wayne rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fairtex moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Fairtex just misses with a punch to the body.
Wayne shoots for a double leg takedown but Fairtex sprawls well. He's pushed Wayne's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

enabling Wayne to counter with a crisp jab.

Wayne shoots in and bounces Fairtex off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fairtex is on top in guard.

Wayne misses with an uppercut. Fairtex saw that one coming.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Wayne crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Fairtex - the referee stops the clock and Wayne gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Fairtex. Wayne manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
