PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between All Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoshihirou Kamahata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Yoshihirou Kamahata was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, All Out!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshihirou Kamahata!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out misses with the combination.

Kamahata drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Kamahata wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Out, who protects the arm well.
Kamahata trying to control the action but Out is working from the bottom.
Kamahata passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Out!
Out is trying to get to the ropes to help him get back to his feet.
Kamahata wants to control the pace but Out is squirming around nicely.

Out defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Kamahata.

Kamahata working for a submission but Out is keeping him at bay.
You get the feeling that Out really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Kamahata has hold of Out's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Out manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Out is squirming around, avoiding Kamahata's attempts to control the action.
Out wants to try and get back to his feet.

Kamahata is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Out to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Out shrugs it off.
Kamahata wants to control the pace but Out is squirming around nicely.

Kamahata with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Kamahata is working for a guillotine from mount but Out frees his head quite easily.

Out is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
You get the feeling that Out really doesn't like being in this position too much.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Kamahata wants to finish this one by submission but Out is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kamahata.

Out knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kamahata on the ground.

Kamahata has isolated one of Out's arms. Out looking to fight him off but Kamahata twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
