Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Giles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jin Sen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sen has chosen AC/DC - TNT as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Giles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sen throws a head kick but Giles moves out of range.
Sen stuffs the takedown.

Sen lands a big head kick that sends Giles tumbling to the mat! Sen takes a step backwards and waves Giles back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Sen feints and then cracks Giles's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Giles down.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sen lands a big head kick that sends Giles tumbling to the mat! Sen takes a step backwards and waves Giles back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Sen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Giles. That did some damage!
Sen paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Giles misses with a takedown attempt - Sen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Giles throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sen's waist but Sen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Giles off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Giles. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sen lands with a kick to the ribs.
Giles is breathing heavily.

Sen rushes Giles and presses him up against the ropes.
Giles takes a knee right on the jaw!

It looks like John Giles has been cut.
Sen landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Giles is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Sen pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Sen slowing the pace effectively.

Sen tries to clinch but Giles is having none of it.
Sen scores with a leg kick.

Giles is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oh Giles is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Sen rushes Giles and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Giles seems to have got his legs back now.

Sen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sen buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Sen throws a quick inside leg kick.
Sen throws a head kick that half lands.
Giles takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Sen clinches.
Sen scores with a knee to the head.
Sen lands a good knee to the midsection. Giles won't want to take too many of those.

Sen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Sen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Giles, pushing him back against the ropes.

Sen breaks the clinch.
Sen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Giles is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Giles circles away from the clinch attempt.
Giles has a takedown stuffed.

Sen closes the distance and pushes Giles back into the ropes.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Giles. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
A knee to the head by Sen.
Sen connects with a nasty looking knee right to Giles's face.
Sen stops a takedown attempt from Giles.
Sen landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Knees in the clinch landing for Sen.
Sen tries for a takedown. No joy.
Sen with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Sen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sen misses with a head kick.
Giles shoots for a double leg takedown but Sen sprawls well. He's pushed Giles's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Giles dives in and grabs Sen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sen pushes down on Giles's head and hops out.
Sen slaps away a takedown attempt from Giles, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Sen is looking to clinch.
John Giles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Giles on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Sen throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sen circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Giles drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Sen follows Giles to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
