Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuba gets the takedown into side control.
Cuba is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Beauford is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Beauford sneaks back into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beauford is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cuba pulls his head out easily.

Borje Cuba overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Beauford pulls Cuba in close to prevent any damage.
Let's hope that Beauford has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
