The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sims throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
A slow jab from Sims misses its intended target.
Bob Swagger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Swagger looks to throw the jab but Sims is out of range.
Sims pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sims is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Swagger.

It looks like Mark Sims has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Swagger works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Sims postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Swagger badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Sims around the waist but Sims pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Sims is the winner by TKO! Sims jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
