The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Kirk, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stylez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stylez wants it to stay on the feet.
Stylez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Kirk got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stylez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kirk has managed to get both his arms back between Stylez's legs - danger averted.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kirk is defended easily by Stylez.
Stylez tries to clinch but Kirk is having none of it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kirk prevents Stylez from getting the reversal.

Stylez reaches up to try and control the position but Kirk seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Stylez rolls and tries to escape and now Kirk has his back!

That's time! Stylez's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Stylez jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kirk walks away with a smile on his face. Stylez gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Kirk shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Stylez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Well Kirk has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
