The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Spar throws a leg kick which misses Adamek's front leg but catches the back leg as Adamek tries to avoid it.

Spar lands a nice looking kick to the body. Adamek takes a step back to recover.
Spar bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Adamek takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Spar connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Spar fakes the leg kick and cracks Adamek in the body.
Spar lands a big head kick that sends Adamek to the canvas! Spar follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
