Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrew Snyder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Ross Pearce!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snyder with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Snyder avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pearce takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Snyder lands with a kick to the temple. Pearce shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Ross Pearce has been cut.
Pearce misses with a hook. Snyder ducked under it nicely.
Snyder keeps Pearce at a distance using the push kick.
Pearce tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Snyder fakes the leg kick and cracks Pearce in the body.
Pearce looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Snyder throws a leg kick which misses Pearce's front leg but catches the back leg as Pearce tries to avoid it.
Snyder throws a head kick that Pearce semi-blocks.
Snyder lands a big head kick that sends Pearce to the canvas! Snyder follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andrew Snyder!
