Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mitch The Itch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Flow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mitch The Itch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Evan Flow!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Itch has a takedown stuffed.

Flow throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. The Itch was covering up waiting for the punch and Flow finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Flow must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Flow wanted to stand there but The Itch had control of the position.
Flow wants to control from the top but The Itch keeps moving.
Flow pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. The Itch is keeping the position for now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now The Itch is on top in guard.
Flow is trying to keep The Itch in close.
Flow has momentary wrist control but The Itch slips an elbow through the middle.
The Itch showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as The Itch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The Itch throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Flow works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Flow looking to hit a scissor sweep but The Itch is one step ahead there.
The Itch throws a big right hand that misses.
The Itch has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Flow avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Flow looking for a sweep. Not yet Flow, not yet.
Flow controls The Itch momentarily but The Itch frees himself.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Flow tries to score a power double leg takedown but The Itch sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Flow somewhat.

and The Itch counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as The Itch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The Itch decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
The Itch shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
and Flow counters by moving into the clinch.
The Itch has a couple of punches blocked by Flow.

The Itch works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Flow wants to hit a switch here but The Itch passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Flow there!
The Itch prevents Flow from getting the reversal.
Flow is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The Itch looking to finish Flow with some ground and pound. This is bad for Flow!
Flow throwing hammer fists to the chest of The Itch. What's that going to do exactly?
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Flow can do anything to dispel that myth.

The Itch with a couple of short strikes.
BOOM! The Itch connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The Itch wants to control but instead Flow manages to regain half guard.
Flow is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The Itch not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The Itch thows a huge punch but Flow dodges it nicely.
The Itch working the head and body with strikes.

Flow looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Flow manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Flow wants to clinch but The Itch slips to the side

and The Itch decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Flow's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as The Itch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mitch The Itch dominated that round.
That's time! The Itch's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



The Itch shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than The Itch was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Flow is trying desperately to improve position.
The Itch looking to finish Flow with some ground and pound. This is bad for Flow!
The Itch looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
The Itch scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Flow?
The Itch is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Flow is desperately trying to improve his position but The Itch has a good base and remains in mount.
Mitch The Itch overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Flow is bucking up trying to escape but The Itch cracks him with another couple of good strikes.


Flow is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, The Itch cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Flow is still in real trouble! Can The Itch finish him?
The Itch cracks Flow with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mitch The Itch!
