Rivera comes to the cage accompanied by Right Said FRED---I'm to Sexy. Heidrich has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rivera clinches up with Heidrich and pushes him back against the cage.

Rivera manages to break the clinch.
Rivera wants to clinch.
Heidrich displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rivera throws out the jab.
Raphael Rivera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rivera has taken the fight to the clinch.
Heidrich tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rivera smiles and moves away.
Rivera lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Heidrich is looking to close the distance but Rivera sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Heidrich crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Heidrich is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
