Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damien Spawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jon cochello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spawn comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Im a soldier. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spawn fails with the takedown.

cochello bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

cochello is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Spawn is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now cochello is on top in guard.

cochello gets to his feet - Spawn follows without any prompting.

cochello shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Spawn manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Spawn has his foot on cochello's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. cochello works his way back into a safe position though.

Spawn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. cochello doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. cochello manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
