Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kron Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kron Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Rivera.
Gracie is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Rivera goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Gracie rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Rivera's guard! Nice work there by Gracie!
Rivera keeping moving, preventing Gracie from controlling successfully.
Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rivera swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rivera tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Gracie postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Rivera wants to hit a switch here but Gracie passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Rivera there!

Rivera is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Gracie throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Rivera because Gracie loaded up on that one.

Gracie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Gracie is working for a guillotine from mount but Rivera frees his head quite easily.
Rivera is trying to escape the mount.
Gracie sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rivera looks gassed!
Rivera tries to roll over but Gracie keeps him under control.
Gracie looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rivera with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Rivera tries to improve position but can't.
Gracie wants to control but Rivera is keeping him busy.

Gracie tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Gracie fails with the takedown
and Rivera counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Gracie tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rivera smiles and moves away.
Gracie throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rivera.
Rivera shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Gracie counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Gracie.
Rivera keeping busy on the bottom but Gracie has passed one foot through into half guard.
Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Rivera is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Rivera is trying to get back to full guard.
Rivera is pressing down on Gracie's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Rivera doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Rivera had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Gracie is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Rivera Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Gracie's back instead.
Gracie is keeping busy.
Gracie wants to escape the position but for the time being he's just trying to control the pace.
Gracie trying to control the action but Rivera just sinks the hooks in.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie turns into Rivera and is now in his guard.
Rivera looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
No joy there for Gracie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rivera is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kron Gracie dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Rivera decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Rivera trying to advance position but Gracie counters by regaining guard.
Rivera wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.
Gracie is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Gracie has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Rivera should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Gracie has tightened it up now! Rivera should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
