Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rila Kuma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hashimoto Toyotasan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rila Kuma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hashimoto Toyotasan!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuma misses with a takedown attempt - Toyotasan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Some bone on bone action there as Kuma checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Kuma bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Toyotasan is trying to control Kuma's posture but Kuma avoids it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kuma wants to lay and pray for a moment but Toyotasan keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A lull in the action here as Kuma stalls from top position.

Toyotasan is not content to let Kuma control the position.
Kuma is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Toyotasan will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kuma shoots in looking for a takedown. Toyotasan tries to sprawl out of it but Kuma keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Toyotasan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rila Kuma. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kuma shoots in looking for a takedown. Toyotasan tries to sprawl out of it but Kuma keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Toyotasan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

It looks like Rila Kuma has been cut.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kuma checks a leg kick.
Toyotasan throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

A slapping body kick lands there for Toyotasan.
Toyotasan does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Toyotasan lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kuma has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kuma and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kuma shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
