The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delgado has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pesovic finds it's way round the side to connect with Delgado's head.

Delgado drives through with a takedown into guard.
Delgado throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Delgado wants to control from the top but Pesovic keeps moving.

Delgado won't allow Pesovic to sweep him here.

Delgado throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pesovic's waist but Pesovic gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Delgado off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ace Delgado. That's going to take a lot out of him.
