Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Z Pryde Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denny Chase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simmons's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Grandmas house. This should be a great matchup!

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Simmons takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Chase cracks a nice hook into Simmons's ribs.
Simmons looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chase comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Chase lands a really nice looking cross but Simmons seems unphased.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chase tries for a takedown but Simmons sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Simmons moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Chase scores with a jab to the body.
Simmons takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Z Pryde Simmons's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Chase getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Chase lands a jab to Simmons's midsection.
The crowd cheers as Chase lands an impressive looking overhand right. Simmons doesn't seem phased though.

Chase scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Simmons doesn't seem bothered though.

Chase ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Chase no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Chase is looking to stand back up but Simmons counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Chase.

Chase is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Chase jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Z Pryde Simmons's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
