Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joe Foe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry Glover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Foe has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Foe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Larry Glover!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Glover pinned against the cage. Glover gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Foe.
Foe staying out of range there.
Glover drives through and clinches with Foe against the cage.
Foe's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Glover throws a right and a left that both miss.
Glover leaves Foe with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Foe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Foe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Glover tries to avoid it but Foe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Glover to the ground. Glover escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Glover misses with a double jab.
Foe avoids a kick to the body.
Foe tries to score a power double leg takedown but Glover sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Foe somewhat.
Foe scores a takedown into full mount!
Foe landing strikes, looking to finish!
Foe prevents Glover from getting the reversal.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Foe lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Foe scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Glover really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Foe lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Glover is rocked!
Foe cracks Glover with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Glover is still in real trouble! Can Foe finish him?
Foe loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Glover scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Foe land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Foe stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Foe!
