Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcel Madnick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler has chosen Stronger- Kanye West as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madnick loads up on a big right hand but Tyler slips the punch.
Tyler throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Tyler shoots in and bounces Madnick off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Madnick is pulling down on Tyler's head. It's preventing any offense from Tyler, at least for the moment.
Tyler must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Tyler trying to control but Madnick is working from the bottom.
Madnick wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Tyler wants to pass the guard but Madnick is keeping the position.

Madnick wants to stand and escape but Tyler is having none of it.
Madnick pulls Tyler in to control the position.
Tyler prevents Madnick from getting back to his feet.
Madnick is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Madnick wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Tyler tries to pull guard but Madnick won't allow it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Madnick breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tyler keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Madnick.
Madnick throws a hook but Tyler avoids it easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tyler.
Madnick works over Tyler's head and body with a nice combination.
Madnick lands an overhand right.
Madnick misses with a straight left.
Madnick throws a hook but Tyler avoids it easily.
Tyler shoots in but no luck this time.
Marcel Madnick has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Tyler.
Tyler tries to close the distance and clinch up but Madnick swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tyler fails to land the takedown.

Madnick displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tyler.
Tyler takes one to the chin there.
Madnick looks to land a right hand but Tyler moved out of range.
Tyler moves out of range as Madnick strikes.
Madnick misses with a hook.
Madnick throws a hook to the side of Tyler's head but Tyler sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Tyler on the wrong end of a nice jab.
It looks like Jake Tyler has been cut.
Madnick cracks Tyler with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Tyler tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Madnick pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Tyler is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marcel Madnick!
