Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and LJ Vixen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vixen has chosen Renegade-(hed) PE as his entrance music. Thomas Morris had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vixen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Morris is looking to improve his position.
Vixen looks to land a strike but Morris avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

and Vixen counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Morris's guard now.
Vixen slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Vixen's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Vixen cracks Morris with a solid left hand.
Vixen chips away with some ground and pound.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Morris is on top in guard.
