Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Type changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Beckehel looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Type connects with a nice short shot to Beckehel's temple.

Type thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Beckehel's head.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Type dives in and grabs Beckehel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Beckehel pushes down on Type's head and hops out.

Type shoots in looking for a takedown. Beckehel tries to sprawl out of it but Type keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Beckehel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Horrible takedown by Type or perhaps it was just good defense by Beckehel which made him look bad.

Type has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Beckehel tries to lock up and control but Type gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Type has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Beckehel's face.
You get the feeling that Beckehel really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Beckehel is bucking up trying to escape but Type cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Type cracks Beckehel with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That was a close round but I would say that Proto Type will probably get the nod.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Type, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
