The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mustermann ducks under a wild hook from King.
Mustermann gets caught flat footed, as King shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

King's corner is telling him to maintain position.
King postures up in Mustermann's guard and throws a big left but Mustermann blocks it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as King accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

King is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
King should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
King stops Mustermann from standing up.
King is stalling in the full guard.
King stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mustermann swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
King throwing strikes from guard but Mustermann blocks nicely.
King is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Josh King.
Mustermann drops King with a beautiful combination! King stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mustermann is looking for the KO!
It looks like Josh King has been cut.

Mustermann misses with a hook.

King slips a jab and a cross from Mustermann.
King moves into the clinch.
Mustermann wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but King has him pressed against the cage.
Mustermann has had enough of the clinch but King keeps him there for the moment.

King drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mustermann pulls his leg out and moves away.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - King has eaten all the pies!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

King thows a huge punch but Mustermann dodges it nicely.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
King looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Mustermann cracks King with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! King looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mustermann finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mustermann measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes King! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
