Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Happy Gilmore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thunder Lips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lips has chosen Burning down the House by Talking Heads as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Thunder Lips seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gilmore tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lips swivels and escapes.

Gilmore will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Lips up against the cage.

Gilmore has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lips uses from the top position.

Gilmore working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lips doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lips manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Lips is pushing down on Gilmore's leg trying to pass to half guard. Gilmore is fighting to maintain full guard but Lips has managed to sneak the leg through.
Lips really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gilmore. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lips is trying to improve position by moving to mount. Gilmore has hold of his neck though and manages to move into guard! All of a sudden, Lips is in a lot of trouble! Gilmore is straining to finish and he's done it! Lips taps out! Amazing!
