The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ron misses with a takedown attempt - Entreri sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Entreri lands a jab-cross combination.
Ron swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Entreri counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Entreri scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Ron throws a push kick but Entreri slaps the foot to one side.

Ron gets the takedown into side control.
Ron tries to move to mount but Entreri blocks the move with his legs.
Entreri manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Entreri is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ron is just riding it out for now. Entreri eventually gives up the hold.
Entreri is pressing down on Ron's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ron is holding on for now.
Entreri tries to stand and escape but Ron is controlling the position.

Ron tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Ron manages to reverse the position and now he's in Entreri's guard. Nice work there by Ron.
Ron loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Entreri has his foot on Ron's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ron works his way back into a safe position though.
Entreri manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ron manages to get himself to full guard.
Ron is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Ron lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Ron slips a nice elbow through Entreri's hands, connecting with Entreri's forehead.

Ron is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Entreri gets his way!
