Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Albert Wesker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heimdall Aegir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wesker comes to the cage accompanied by Thriller. Heimdall Aegir has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aegir shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Aegir wants to free his trapped foot but Wesker is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Aegir wants to work for an arm triangle but Wesker is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Aegir is looking to advance position but Wesker won't allow it.

Aegir is looking for a kimura but Wesker is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Aegir to get the leverage.
Wesker is looking for a sweep. Aegir is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Aegir shoots in looking for a takedown. Wesker tries to sprawl out of it but Aegir keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wesker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Wesker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Wesker throws a looping overhand right but Aegir ducks down to avoid it.

Wesker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Aegir moves away.
Aegir tries to bum rush Wesker with a series of wild strikes but Wesker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

That was a close round but I would say that Albert Wesker will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Wesker fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Aegir is out of range.

Aegir is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wesker is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That's time! Wesker's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
