The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maniac keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Maniac pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Maniac misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Maniac tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Maniac throws a sloppy head kick and badge moves out of range easily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Maniac tries to buck badge off but badge is having none of it.

Maniac swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and badge is now in Maniac's guard. A big mistake from Maniac there, giving up the dominant position!

Maniac explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

It looks like Donnie badge has been cut.

Crunch! Maniac slams his shin into badge's torso.
Whack! Maniac lands a heavy head kick that drops badge. The ref tackles Maniac to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because badge was done.
