Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Logan Mitsumito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Darko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Logan Mitsumito!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Frank Darko!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darko takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Darko swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mitsumito.
Darko looks to score with a jab to the body but Mitsumito is just out of range.
Darko avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mitsumito moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Darko ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mitsumito lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Mitsumito throws a front kick that sends Darko stumbling back into the cage.
Darko lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Darko shoots in looking for a takedown. Mitsumito tries to sprawl out of it but Darko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mitsumito manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Mitsumito. Darko shrugs it off though.
Darko looks gassed!

Mitsumito lands a big head kick that sends Darko tumbling to the mat! Mitsumito takes a step backwards and waves Darko back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Frank Darko has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Mitsumito misses the target.
Mitsumito throws a sloppy head kick and Darko moves out of range easily.
Mitsumito keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Darko.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Darko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Darko misses with the combination.

Darko tries to keep at a distance but Mitsumito has taken the fight into the clinch.

Mitsumito escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Darko throws a hook but Mitsumito avoids it easily.
Mitsumito throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Darko jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mitsumito takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Darko shoots in but no luck this time.
Mitsumito misses with a body kick.
Darko moves out of range of the body kick from Mitsumito.
Mitsumito is looking to clinch but Darko is avoiding it.
Logan Mitsumito is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Darko misses with a double jab.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mitsumito throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Darko on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mitsumito. Mitsumito obviously looking to wear him down.
Darko avoids the head kick by Mitsumito.
Darko missing with a left hand there. Mitsumito was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mitsumito goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Darko.
Logan Mitsumito has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Darko.
Mitsumito lands a head kick. Darko smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Darko is trying desperately to land a takedown but Mitsumito is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Darko.
Mitsumito throws a quick head kick that knocks Darko silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Mitsumito is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
