Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Kirby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Pullford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Kirby!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bill Pullford!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pullford closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kirby did well to prevent Pullford getting side control.
Pullford working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Pullford throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Pullford seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kirby does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Pullford has picked Kirby up - he's going for a ride! Pullford dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Pullford is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kirby defends it well.

Pullford has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Kirby regains guard immediately.

Pullford drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kirby manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Pullford has Kirby in his guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pullford holds on and takes a little breather.

I would just about give that final round to Bill Pullford.
Well Pullford has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
