Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Helio Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beasty Kannegaard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kannegaard has chosen Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Beasty Kannegaard enters the cage!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kannegaard ducks under a wild hook from Gonzalez.
Gonzalez tries to land a leg kick but Kannegaard saw it coming and moves away.
Gonzalez shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kannegaard napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Kannegaard wants to control but Gonzalez postures up.
Gonzalez is trying to ground and pound but Kannegaard uses the momentary lack of control by Gonzalez to regain half guard.
Gonzalez is trying to control the action in half guard but Kannegaard is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Gonzalez seems to be looking for submissions.
Gonzalez is stalling here. Kannegaard is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Gonzalez seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Kannegaard has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Kannegaard is staying tight to Gonzalez's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Kannegaard lands a slapping body shot.
Kannegaard connects with a right hand. Gonzalez shakes it off.
Beasty Kannegaard is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gonzalez throws a half hearted mid kick.

and Kannegaard counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Gonzalez is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Kannegaard counters with a crisp right that sends Gonzalez to the canvas! Kannegaard follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
