Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vinny Jaeger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miles Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vinny Jaeger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Miles Connor!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jaeger throws a series of punches but Connor moves out of range.
Connor showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jaeger.
Connor is looking to clinch but Jaeger is avoiding it.
Jaeger swats away the attempt to clinch by Connor.

and Connor moves into the clinch.
Connor fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Connor gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Jaeger regains guard.
Jaeger is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Connor is controlling him.
Connor not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Connor stops Jaeger from standing up.

Connor is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Connor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jaeger swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jaeger wants to stand up but Connor is controlling him.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Jaeger knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Connor on the ground.
Connor is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Jaeger wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Connor manages to pass to side control.

Connor is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jaeger is just riding it out for now. Connor eventually gives up the hold.

Connor creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Jaeger wants to get back to his feet but Connor is dominant here and he's now got Jaeger's back!

Connor is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Connor gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Jaeger is trying to break free.
Connor is working for takedown but Jaeger is calmly controlling the position for now.

Connor manages to break the clinch.
Jaeger is looking to clinch but Connor is avoiding it.
Jaeger jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Miles Connor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Connor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jaeger swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jaeger fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jaeger just misses with a punch to the body.
Connor closes the distance and clinches up with Jaeger, looking for a takedown. Connor pushes Jaeger against the cage but Jaeger circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jaeger cracks Connor with a right hand to the side of the head.
Jaeger fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Connor manages to avoid it.

Connor bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Jaeger is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Connor has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Connor decides to stand back up. Connor steps back and let's Jaeger get back to his feet.
Jaeger moves out of range as Connor throws a body kick.
Vinny Jaeger is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jaeger cracks Connor with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Connor is looking to clinch but Jaeger is avoiding it.
Jaeger scores with a nice strike.

Connor closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Connor works his foot free and advances to mount.
Connor content just to control the position here.
Jaeger really wants to buck Connor off and get back to his feet.

Connor is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Jaeger has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jaeger trying desperately to get to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Connor lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Jaeger is trying to stand but he's just given Connor his back.
Connor biding his time, looking for the opening.
Connor lands a shot to the body.

Jaeger grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
Miles Connor has got the better of the ground game so far.
Connor is riding his opponent, not letting Jaeger buck him off.
Connor is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Connor gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Connor gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Connor apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Jaeger looks to land a combination but Connor avoids it well.

Connor feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Connor decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
