The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson tries to keep at a distance but Helden has taken the fight into the clinch.
Helden can't get the takedown.

Henderson gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Helden regains guard.
Helden is trying to keep Henderson in close.
Helden looking to control but Henderson passes into half guard.
Henderson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Henderson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Helden!
Helden tries to lock up and control but Henderson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Helden wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Helden manages to reverse the position and now he's in Henderson's guard. Nice work there by Helden.
Henderson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Helden doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Helden manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Helden is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Henderson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Helden is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Henderson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Helden's back instead.
