Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stasiek Burdon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burdon comes to the cage accompanied by Linkin Park - Bleed it out. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burdon fails with the takedown.
Burdon keeps the fight on the outside.
Burdon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Burdon clinches with his opponent.
Jackson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Burdon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Burdon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Burdon doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jackson counters with a series of strikes that sends Burdon to the canvas! Jackson follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Burdon is rocked!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stasiek Burdon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Burdon wants to sweep here but Jackson controlling him for the moment.
Oh Burdon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Burdon seems to have got his legs back now.
Burdon is trying to control the position but Jackson postures up.
Jackson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Burdon is breathing heavily.
Jackson gets to his feet. Burdon looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Jackson has Burdon up against the cage in a clinch.
Burdon wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Jackson is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Jackson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Burdon tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Burdon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jackson circles away.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown but Burdon shows good takedown defense.
Burdon doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jackson counters with a nice uppercut.
Jackson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Burdon on the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Burdon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jackson as he jumps to the side.
Jackson gets a clinch.
Burdon wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Jackson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Jackson breaks the clinch.
Burdon closes the distance and clinches up with Jackson, looking for a takedown. Burdon pushes Jackson against the cage but Jackson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jackson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jackson misses with a kick to the body.
Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Burdon on that attempt.
Burdon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jackson circles away.
Burdon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jackson is fending him off so far but Burdon persists. Nope, Jackson circles away and we're back to standing.
Jackson misses with a double jab
and Burdon decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jackson's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Burdon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jackson is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jackson managing to block the knees to the body from Burdon.
Jackson breaks from the clinch.
William Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
The fighters circle momentarily. Burdon darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Burdon fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jackson has Burdon up against the cage in a clinch.
Jackson manages to break the clinch.
Burdon connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Jackson tumbling to the canvas! Burdon pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Jackson was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Stasiek Burdon!
