The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wesley pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Durden moves into the clinch.
Durden swings wildly with an uppercut but Wesley uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wesley misses with a knee to the head.
Durden lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Durden scores with a shot to the side of Wesley's head.

Durden stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Durden digs a right hand underneath Wesley's ribcage. Wesley let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Durden's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Durden closes the distance and clinches.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wesley has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Durden is working away from the top position though.
Wesley is not content to let Durden control the position.

Durden is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Wesley is controlling Durden's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Durden is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Durden seems keen to control Wesley's posture.
Durden wants to sweep but no luck.
Wesley thows a big elbow that misses.
Wesley throws a strike but Durden rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Durden passes Wesley's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Wesley wants to improve his position but Durden is controlling well.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
