The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jakort tries to clinch up.
Jakort fails with the takedown.
Jakort changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dos Santos tries to avoid it but Jakort manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dos Santos to the ground. Dos Santos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jakort tries to escape but Dos Santos is in control.
Dos Santos is looking to take a break and control but Jakort is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jakort dodges the ground and pound from Dos Santos.
Dos Santos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jakort. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dos Santos decides to stand back up. Dos Santos steps back and let's Jakort get back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dos Santos is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jakort's half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
