Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sallah Alcoubrah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Murpy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alcoubrah comes to the cage accompanied by The Who - Baba O'Riley. Murpy has chosen Victory as his entrance music. Sallah Alcoubrah has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murpy avoids the head kick by Alcoubrah.
Alcoubrah throws a head kick but Murpy moves out of range.

Alcoubrah smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Sallah Alcoubrah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Murpy is defended easily by Alcoubrah.

Murpy feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Murpy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alcoubrah keeps working.
Murpy passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Alcoubrah!

Murpy is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Alcoubrah to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Alcoubrah shrugs it off.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
