The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scippo avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Scippo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sanders sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Scippo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Horrible takedown by Scippo or perhaps it was just good defense by Sanders which made him look bad.
Scippo doesn't manage to clinch there - Sanders circles away.

Scippo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sanders is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Scippo to the mat. Scippo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Sanders is pushing down on Scippo's leg trying to pass to half guard. Scippo is fighting to maintain full guard but Sanders has managed to sneak the leg through.

Well Sanders has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
