The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodin blocks a head kick by Musaev.
Musaev closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rodin circles away.
Musaev fails in his attempt to clinch.
Rodin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Rodin moves into range and clinches up with Musaev.
Musaev is looking to break free of the clinch but Rodin has double underhooks.

Musaev jumps guard and drags Rodin to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Musaev manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Rodin manages to get himself to full guard.
