The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Santos as Wacky shoots in.

Wacky gets the takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Santos's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Santos thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wacky shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Santos defends it nicely.

Santos throws out a loose jab but Wacky uses good head movement to avoid it.

Santos fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wacky looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

It looks like Jacky Wacky has been cut.
Santos stuffs the takedown.

Santos shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Wacky manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Santos drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Wacky manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Santos has Wacky in his guard.
Santos pulls Wacky in close to prevent any damage.

Santos is looking to sinch up a triangle. Wacky throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Santos's body to avoid the submission. Santos has instead reached around Wacky's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Santos arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
