The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
picker looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Hendricks closes the distance and clinches up with picker, looking for a takedown. Hendricks pushes picker against the cage but picker circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hendricks will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hendricks dives in and grabs picker's left leg, looking for a takedown. picker pushes down on Hendricks's head and hops out.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hendricks in particular looking to stall.
Hendricks is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and picker defends it well.
Hendricks is taking a breather. picker says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
