The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bob as he jumps to the side.

Simpson moves into the clinch.
Bob tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Simpson smiles and moves away.

and Simpson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Simpson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Simpson wants to stand but Bob has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Simpson drops back looking for a leg! Bob is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bob manages to kick Simpson off! Simpson jumps back into Bob's guard.

Simpson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Bob has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Simpson doesn't defend quickly enough and Bob has managed to lock this one up! Can Simpson escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Bob on a fantastic submission victory.
