Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jin Kisaragi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valeriy Kozlaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kisaragi comes to the cage accompanied by Lust SIN. Kozlaev has chosen Drago as his entrance music. Jin Kisaragi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Valeriy Kozlaev's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jin Kisaragi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Valeriy Kozlaev!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kozlaev lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kozlaev.
Kozlaev throws a jab when Kisaragi was well out of range.
Kozlaev fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kisaragi manages to avoid it.
Kisaragi ducks under a wild hook from Kozlaev.
Some wild striking there from Kozlaev.
Kozlaev misses with a wild body shot.
Kisaragi slips a jab and a cross from Kozlaev.
Kozlaev throws a right and a left that both miss.

Kisaragi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kozlaev to the mat! Kozlaev manages to get full guard.

Kisaragi postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kozlaev is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Kisaragi, into his guard.
Kozlaev would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Kisaragi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kisaragi looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kozlaev is one step ahead there.
Kozlaev tries to stand but Kisaragi is controlling from the bottom.
Kisaragi is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kisaragi stops Kozlaev from getting back to his feet.
Kisaragi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kisaragi seems to be working for a kimura but Kozlaev defends the submission attempt.

Kozlaev is defending against the submission attempts here by Kisaragi.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kisaragi is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kozlaev defends it well.
Kisaragi works his way into full mount!

Kisaragi has hold of Kozlaev's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kozlaev manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Kozlaev wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

Kisaragi jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Kozlaev is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Kozlaev and Kisaragi has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Kozlaev is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Kisaragi has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Kisaragi is working to tighten is grip on Kozlaev's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Kozlaev has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kisaragi is really squeezing tight and eventually Kozlaev passes out! Kisaragi breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
