The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar closes the distance and clinches up with West, looking for a takedown. Lesnar pushes West against the cage but West circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lesnar shoots in but West avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lesnar looks for a takedown but West sprawls well.
Will West has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedor Lesnar.

West moves into the clinch.
West lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Lesnar goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, West rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Lesnar's guard! Nice work there by West!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
